Artwalks in Milton Keynes
Milton Keynes has a vast array of intriguing modern art. Enjoy a fascinating stroll around one of the largest collections of outdoor public art in England. Most of this art is based in the City Centre, or in Campbell Park.
In the development of the new city careful attention was given to the siting and commissioning of new artworks as a means of creating a sense of place and community, and the commissioning of new work has continued in recent years. There are now over 200 public works in the city.
All walks start from the MK Gallery and Theatre, where you will see the most recent commissions, including new work by Edward Allington, Michael Craig-Martin and Lily van der Stokker.
