Winter Wonderland Weekend

Join in the festive fun at the wetlands this weekend with plenty of seasonal activities. Visit Santa in his cabin grotto and shop for unique and environmentally friendly Christmas gifts in our WWT shop, every purchase contributes to our conservation efforts. Visit Santa both days, 1pm- 4pm; cost is £5 per child.

10 December
Carols by Candlelight

Join us in celebrating Christmas with our neighbours in our beautiful candlelit service with traditional carols, readings and prayers in the centre’s courtyard. Delicious hot food, mulled wine and mince pies on sale. Please bring warm clothing as the service is outside. Carol concert starts at 6.30 pm (free entry from 6 pm).

19 – 22 December
Christmas Pantomime – The Frog Who Hated Christmas

London Wetland Centre continues its fun family panto tradition with an all new “wetlands” production: The Frog Who Hated Christmas. Recommended for ages 5 and up. Booking is essential, £4 per person/per child. Price does not include admission into the centre.

Times: 12.30pm and 3pm on Friday 19 and Monday 22 10am, 12.30pm and 3pm on Saturday 20 and Sunday 21.

Santa will be in his lodge on Saturday and Sunday. Visit him from 11am-4pm both days; cost is £5 per child.
