Our Twitter accounts are managed by the Marketing team for Days
Out Guide (plus a couple of friendly gnomes called Mapz and
Tracks), on behalf of the Association of Train Operating Companies
(ATOC Ltd). These accounts are not monitored 24/7 due to limited
resources and we are not always able to reply to individual tweets,
although we will do our best where possible to respond within 48
hours.
If you follow us you can expect between 1 - 10 tweets a day
covering some or all of the following:
- 2FOR1
offers to London attractions
- Other
offers and discounts to be had by travelling to London on National
Rail services
- Train
company promotions and discounts
- Items of
interest to tourists visiting London

We welcome feedback and ideas from all our followers, and
endeavour to join the conversation where possible. However, we are

ensures that any emerging themes or helpful suggestions are passed
to the relevant people in the organisation, however it should be

The Days Out Guide Facebook page is managed by the Marketing
team, on behalf of the Association of Train Operating Companies

We aim to offer people who 'like' us on Facebook a reminder of
the fantastic 2FOR1 offers available when you travel by train, as
well as competitions, prize draws, other discounts/offers and
upcoming events. We aim to provide direct and relevant links back
to / for the purpose of downloading 2FOR1 offer
vouchers and further information. We will also share information we
think to be of interest to our fans, such as photos, videos, facts
and other pieces of information to do with train travel and tourist
activities in London and throughout Great Britain.
Availability:
We update and monitor our Facebook page during office hours,
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. Facebook may occasionally be
unavailable and we accept no responsibility for lack of service due
to Facebook downtime.
We welcome feedback and ideas sent via Facebook, however, we
cannot guarantee to reply individually to all the messages we
receive. Comments and suggestions are passed to the relevant people
in the organisation. Even if we do not reply it doesn't mean we are
not listening to you.
