This self-guided experience includes a 15 minute, tutored 'How To Taste Wine' session giving first timers a great opportunity to learn how to properly assess and appreciate a glass of wine before they embark on their self guided experience choosing 6 wines to taste from a selection of 150 wines from around the world. Visitors can finish their experience with a cocktail tasting in our stylish Bombay Sapphire Blue Room. All of the Vinopolis self guided wine tours are laid out around the wine producing regions of world including France, Italy, Australia, California, South Africa and some lesser known regions such as Georgia.

For the enthusiastic beginner, this package includes:

  • Admission to the Vinopolis Wine Tour
  • A 'How to Taste Wine' session
  • 6 regular wine tastings
  • A Bombay Sapphire cocktail
  • A Vinopolis tasting notebook

To ensure that you get the most out of your trip to Vinopolis the last entry to the tour is 2.5 hours before closing on all days.


The Bombay Sapphire Blue Room and selected tasting tables will close 30 minutes prior to the rest of the tour.
