The UK’s biggest baking event returns to ExCeL London on the 21st -23rd October 2022

Brimming with all things baking, decorating and sugar craft, The Cake & Bake Show is returning to ExCeL London from 21st -23rd October 2022. Visitors can stock their shelves with the latest baking equipment, tools, and gadgets from over 100 top baking brands, try and buy the sweetest artisan treats and gain insight from celebrity experts as they whip up a storm live on stage.  

Don’t miss a full programme of baking stars as they take to The Cake & Bake Theatre. With delicious demos from popular favourites Eric Lanlard, Rosemary Shrager, Paul Jagger and Paul A Young. PLUS, welcoming for the first time, multi-award-winning pastry chef and judge on Bake Off: The Professionals Cherish Finden, Great British Bake Off finalist Chigs Parmar, and Great British Bake Off first ever vegan contestant Freya Cox.

Head over to the Sugar Craft Stage where you can learn valuable tips and techniques on a wide range of cake decorating methods and sugar craft skills. Learn almost everything from the masters; from how to perfect your piping to how to make the perfect chocolate tuile.

We’ve got all of this along with, our life-size show-stopping edible cake masterpiece and our Pamper Lounge and Champagne Bar, where you can relax and toast to a great day out at the Show.
