best indication of a valid ticket is the inclusion of the National
Rail symbol (double arrow).
- Travelcard - If you buy your Travelcard
from a National Rail station - such as London Victoria, St Pancras
and Paddington - they will issue you with a paper ticket, which you
can show and use at the attractions with the 2FOR1 offers, this
will also allow you to travel between attractions, using the
Underground. We're afraid Oyster Travelcards and tickets bought
from a London Underground station are not accepted. Travelcards
must look like the image below (printed on orange and cream card)
to be used to obtain 2FOR1 offers.
- Single tickets - These are valid only on the
day of validity. A days Travelcard must be purchased from a train
station and feature the National Rail Logo.
- Return Train Tickets - You will be able to use
your return train tickets with the vouchers at any time between the
outward and return journey - if you came on Thursday and returned
on Sunday, you could use the vouchers on Thursday, Friday, Saturday
& Sunday. In order to do this please ensure that you retain the
outward portion of your ticket as you will need to show both
tickets at the attraction - just ask the staff at the ticket
barrier to let you through which they will be happy to do.
- Can I use an Oyster
No, the 2FOR1 London attractions partners DO NOT recognise Oyster
Cards as being valid accompanying rail tickets, unless it is an
Oyster Annual Season ticket with its accompanying Gold Card record
- Can I use an Freedom
No, Freedom Passes cannot be used in conjunction with the 2FOR1
promotions when you travel by train.
